Ride Airport MAX to December holiday flights

Start your December holiday flight right by riding TriMet’s Airport MAX Red Line to Portland International Airport. Red Line trains run every 15 minutes, every day, from 5 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

The Red Line is convenient, taking less than 40 minutes from downtown and stopping at the terminal near baggage claim, it costs $1.65.

Travel tips:
• Head to the airport early to get through security and catch your plane.
• Ride the Red Line directly to PDX or transfer from Blue Line trains at stations between Beaverton Transit Center and Gateway Transit Center.
• If riding on the Yellow Line, transfer at the Rose Quarter by walking east to the Blue and Red Line station, or ride to the Old Town/Chinatown Station, and cross the street to catch an eastbound Red Line train.
• Buy tickets at Ticket Vending Machines located at all MAX stations and in the airport lobby.
• Parking at TriMet Park & Ride lots is limited to 24 hours.

For trip planning assistance see trimet.org or call 503-238-RIDE weekdays between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM.
