Memo Letters...

The Mid-county MEMO is your newspaper. We want to hear from you. Discuss an important issue or address a concern you want to call to the community’s attention. We prefer e-mailed letters to the editor sent to Darlene Vinson, at editor@midcountymemo.com. Please put ‘letter to the editor’ in the subject line. You may also mail your letter to 3510 N.E. 134th Ave., Portland, OR 97230 or fax it to 503-249-7672.

To Whom It May Concern:

Thank you, Rossi Farms, for once again making this years Barn Bash a smashing success! We all had a great time and look forward to next year.

I would like to bring your attention to an oversight on the sponsors listed on the Barn Bash flyer. Where would we all be if not for the Lions Club members who give their time and energy each and every year to barbecue the chicken? This is a big job! How would it get done without them? I doubt there would be many who would be willing to donate their time to do it.

I would really like to see the Lions Club receive the recognition that they deserve.

See you next year.
Kim F Gore

Editors Note:
The Memo agrees. We hope this makes up for any oversight. Keep up the good work, Parkrose Lions.
