From 4 p.m. to close on Sept. 16, half of all proceeds earned at Widmer Gasthaus, 929 N. Russell, will go to support Loaves & Fishes Centers, The Meals-On-Wheels People.

Funds raised during this gala evening benefit The Grotto, one of Oregon’s most historic and unique visitor attractions. The 18-piece band features some of Portland’s top professional musicians, and has performed for several U.S. Presidents and other major dignitaries.

In addition to wonderful music, food and dancing, the committee is gathering an amazing array of silent and oral auction items for attendees to bid on. There will be a drawing for a Grand Door Prize. One lucky individual who attends the event will win a trip for two to Mexico!
