We strive to be accurate and correct at the Mid-county Memo. However, in last month’s article “Graffiti removal first part of action plan,” a story on the first action of the East Portland Action Plan, we did not recognize Goodbye Graffiti, the other private contractor that was part of the planned offensive that cleaned-up more than 60 documented graffiti sites in east Portland one day.

Also, EPAP didn’t “lead” the cleanup, they initiated the process, but the hours put into making it happen were directly on the Office of Neighborhood Involvement’s Graffiti Abatement Coordinator, Marcia L. Dennis, the Youth Employment Institute, Goodbye Graffiti and volunteers.

Also last month, in a portion of Perlman’s Potpourri with the headline, “Developer, city squabble over design,” the new Portland Police Bureau contact office address was incorrect. The correct address is 11036 N.E. Sandy Boulevard. We apologize for the errors.
