EVENTS
People who have not registered to vote in the November election have about six weeks to do so. If you need to register, you may do so at the Parkrose Community United Church of Christ, Northeast 105th Avenue and Wygant Street on Tuesdays, Sept. 7, 14, 21 and 28. There will be people at the church to help you register from 10 a.m. to noon and from 6 to 8 p.m.

You can register if you can answer yes to these three questions:

1) Are you a resident of Oregon?

2) Are you a U.S. citizen?

3) Are you at least 18 years old?

You will need to bring a copy of a one valid form of identification that includes your address. Your current photo identification (such as driver’s license), a paycheck stub, utility bill, or bank statement are all good choices.

You should also update your registration if your home address, your mailing address, or your name has changed or if you would like to change your party affiliation.

PCUCC urges you to exercise your right and privilege to vote. If you need additional information, contact the church at 503-253-5457.
