MBank is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew Smith and the promotion of Theresa Delozier to Relationship Officer.

Smith comes to MBank with several years experience in the financial services industry. Currently holding a bachelor’s degree from Portland State University, Smith is continuing his studies at the university en route to a master’s degree in accounting. As a relationship officer at MBank’s Southeast 94th Avenue and Stark Street office, Smith will seek out and cultivate relationships with the bank’s commercial customer prospects.

“Andrew’s vast experience and performance record with several institutions gives him the know-how to succeed here at MBank,” said Jeff Sumpter, vice president and office administrator.

Previously a business development officer at the same branch, Delozier has accepted the position of relationship officer.

“In her short time here at MBank, Theresa has proven to be a valuable asset to the bank,” said Sumpter. “This promotion will allow Theresa to continue the relationships with the customers she has been cultivating for more than a year.”

Beauty basics
Licensed Aesthetician Jessica Carpenter applies a face peel at The Colour Authority’s Spa.

The world of beauty is a crazy and confusing business. It is also a source of great pleasure to many women. Beauty is personal and political, and one thing is certain: every woman wants it.

Good skin is essential. At the Colour Authority Salon and Spa, 11121 N.E. Halsey St., you will find a host of products geared to helping you feel more beautiful. They carry a clinical based skin care line, md Formulations, described as a rugged dermatologists’ line that brings heavy artillery to the fight against problem skin conditions.

Jessica Carpenter, a licensed Aesthetician, has been practicing skincare for two years at Colour Authority Salon and Spa and is thrilled with the addition of md Formulations. “I discovered md Formulations five years ago at my plastic surgeon’s office”, she says, “and have continued to use these products. I have been able to improve and heal my skin of the damage the sun has done.”

She recommends all women treat themselves, at least once, to a professional consultation and facial to learn the ropes along with some guidelines about caring for your skin. A professional consultation is a great way to arm yourself with useful information about your personal beauty needs. The more you know, the less likely you’ll leave a salon of spa dazed and wondering what you’re going to do with all that “stuff.”

Visit the Colour Authority Salon and Spa for a free skin care consultation. Appointments are taken Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 503-255-4520 to schedule, or stop by to browse and meet the staff.
