New location - across the street
Pacific NW Federal Credit Union officially opened its new Member Service Facility at 12005 N.E. Erin Way in August of this year. The new facility replaces the old branch located across the street at 12106 N.E. Marx St. The new, larger building serves solely as a Member Services Facility, providing more room to service customers comfortably. Pacific NW Federal Credit is retaining the former location and remodeling it into use for administrative purposes.

The Grand Opening event was attended by approximately 500 credit union members, Credit Union Association of Oregon staff members and representatives of the build/design firm, DEI Inc. of Cincinnati, OH.

The new building has 13,000 square feet of space dedicated to serving the membership of Pacific NW Federal Credit Union. Expanded retail areas and a phone service area are two main features the new building offers. In addition to this, the Member Services Facility offers personal assistance to customers. Customers can come to the building and have a staff member sit down with them at an Internet-capable computer in the building and show them how to log onto their account. Learn how to get your account information online, any time of the day or night. Other recent developments include the streamlining of the loan process, making it easier and more efficient for folks to get approved for a loan.

Pacific NW Federal Credit Union serves 15,800 members, manages $106 million in assets and operates four branches. The new branch is designed to accommodate decades of growth in the Parkrose neighborhood.

Pacific NW Federal Credit Union is open to employees of the Bonneville Power Administration and approximately 400 other employee groups located primarily in Northeast Portland. The are also open to residents of Hood River and Cascade Locks, and a few other groups.
