LEE PERLMAN
THE MID-COUNTY MEMO

A proposed sale of the sports bar Wired, 11340 N.E. Halsey St., from owner Jeff Jones to Ismet Dzananovic, as reported in the April 2003 issue of the MEMO has fallen through. Wired continues to operate daily from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. weekdays, 1 p.m. to 2 a.m. weekends. Also gone are Dzananovic’s plans to change the name to Asterisks and introduce cabbage rolls to the menu.
