Hundreds of Easter eggs will be hidden in the fully enclosed back campus. This event is safe and fun for all ages. LIBRARIES
Used bookstore holds month-long sale
Multnomah County Library’s Title Wave Used Bookstore, located at 216 N.E. Knott St., will hold its 17th Anniversary Sale throughout the month of March.

Every day in March, something different will be on sale. Daily specials include up to 50 percent off books, music and other items. Each Saturday throughout the month, all items that were on sale Monday through Friday of that week will be discounted at the same time. Look for quirky sales: On St. Patrick’s Day, for example, any item with the word “green” in the title, authored by someone named “Green,” or on the subject of anything Irish, will be 50 percent off. And on March 31, everything in the store will be 31 percent off.

The volunteer-operated Title Wave Used Bookstore recycles old library materials, offering shoppers a selection of more than 20,000 used books, videos, DVDs, records, magazines, CDs and cassettes at bargain prices. Hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

The complete sale schedule is available at your neighborhood library and the Title Wave Used Bookstore. The Memo has attended the sale in the past, and if you like a good book, this event’s for you. For more information, call 503-988-5021.
