Parkrose Business Association members gather for their holiday soiree December 7 at Steamers in Parkrose

Lind award is the highest honor the Parkrose Business Association bestows annually on one of its members who, according to the PBA, "has lived or worked in the community; has given countless hours of volunteer time; is known for the highest integrity and honesty; a person who is part of the community personally as well as professionally.
