Mid-county Memo

The Mid-county Memo is your newspaper.

And we want you to be not only a reader, but a contributor.

The Mid-county Memo newspaper, serving those who live and work in Gateway and Parkrose, is interested in publishing photographs of those people who make the area their home or their workplace.

The boundaries of those who live and work in the Mid-Multnomah County area consists of 82nd Avenue on the west, 162nd Avenue on the east, the Columbia River on the north and Division Street on the south.

We’re interested in high contrast photographs, either black and white or color, of individuals or groups winning awards, being honored by the community or maybe something unusual but noteworthy. We can accept either paper copies or as e-mail attachments as digital photos.

And here’s a note for local business people: If you’ve got a new hire or someone who’s won an award of merit, consider sending in a photo of that person, with a description of the person and the occasion.

If you are in doubt about whether or not your photo is what we’re looking for, don’t hesitate to call publisher Tim Curran at 503-287-9804.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to return the photo or photos to you, so don’t send us any original photos.

Send photos to 3510 N.E. 134th Ave., Portland, OR 97230 or to editor@midcountymemo.com.
