In the October story “The Barn closes … forever” we got the list price of the property wrong. According to portlandmaps.com, the real market value of the nearly two acres of property on Northeast 148th Avenue near Airport Way is $1,128,820. Sheila Trapold said she listed the property, which included the greenhouse, the Barn building and the business, for “around a million.”
We regret the mistake and apologize for the error.
