business founder passes away
Local
retired business owner Paul Henry Willoughby, died on Thursday, Oct. 4 from
natural causes.
Mr. Willoughby was the founder of the Willoughby Hearing Aid Center.
He was a member of the Portland Elks Lodge #142.
He has lived in the Portland area since 1936.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Valna Hanel Willoughby; sons Paul
Willoughby Jr., Ray Bedsaul, and Richard Bedsaul, and daughters Darlene Sargent
and Almita Bedsaul.
Mr. Willoughby is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, eight
great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
