MBank to help Oregon Food Bank, asks for your help

It looks like the people at MBank are supporting the good work of the Oregon Food Bank.

MBank, a full-service community bank headquartered in Gresham, recently announced it would host a food drive for the Oregon Food Bank.
Each month MBank donates radio airtime to various nonprofit organizations on KXL AM 750. During January, MBank message to contribute to the Oregon Food Bank will be heard on KXL.

According to MBank President and CEO Rex Brittle, “We wanted to make sure people are aware that the need for food persists year-round.”
MBank’s “Cause Marketing” can be heard during the morning commute on KXL.

“We ask that people pick up extra food during their routine grocery shopping and drop off non-perishable items at any one of our four branches,” Brittle added.

MBank locations are at 1290 N.E. Burnside St. in Gresham; 35 S.E. 82nd Drive in Gladstone, 17437 S.W. Boones Ferry Road in Lake Oswego; and 9415 S.E. Stark St., in east Portland.

Shopping carts will act as collection receptacles in branches throughout the month of January. MBank’s goal is to collect 500 pounds worth of food to be given to the Oregon Food Bank at the end of January. The Memo supports those who support our community.
